RIBA Stage 1 — Preparation & Brief
Developing the project brief, feasibility studies, site appraisals and budget cost plans to give the project a solid foundation.
RIBA Stage 2 — Concept Design
Producing concept designs and outlining cost information so the client can make informed early decisions about scope and approach.
RIBA Stage 3 — Developed Design
Refining the design with coordinated cost plans, value engineering and procurement strategy.
RIBA Stage 4 — Technical Design
Tendering, contract preparation and pre-construction cost certainty so the project can move confidently to site.
RIBA Stage 5 — Construction
Contract administration, valuations, change control and reporting throughout the build.
RIBA Stage 6 — Handover
Final accounts, defects, lessons learned and a clean handover to the client and end users.
RIBA Stage 7 — In Use
Post-occupancy review, reinstatement cost assessments and ongoing advice as the building settles into use.

RIBA Stage 2 — Concept Design
Translating the brief into concept designs with parallel cost information so design and budget evolve together. Early decisions are the most expensive ones to get wrong.
RIBA Stage 4 — Technical Design
Tender documents, contract drafting and pre-construction cost certainty. Our work at this stage protects the budget through construction.
RIBA Stage 6 — Handover
Final accounts settled, defects resolved, lessons captured. We make the close-out as clean as the opening.
